Hi , i am new here and need some advice . sorry in advance if my Questions sound silly.

My ebay account has been suspended due to vero thing. paypal is still ok. and my cousin who lives in same house his ebay and paypal working fine.

Question : if i change my ip , make a new paypal account with different email and use different variation of name. can i make a new ebay account by just using same home address . if no then will be okay if my paypal and ebay address are different.

You need to get the Stealth Guide, also you can't use same address ever again for a selling account.

Ok . can ebay find out what is my paypal account registered address. I will make new bank account and new debit card.

When you say ok . We are replying you need to understand the basics of stealth accounts .
Like the simple things like changing ips, new user account on your puter and new everything. any info reused can cause a link to a limited accounts and you lose your new account . The type of credit card to use to verify accounts the prepaid phones to buy for pennies .. I make nothing saying this but the stealth book is the best money i have ever spent for such a great return . There is meta data hidden in your pics easy to wipe em clean before using on your new account the little things that will trip you up even if someone helps you along without buying the book these are things needed to understand

@mm78 , do not want to be rude but i thought this was a help forum. i had seen people asking a lot of questions and getting answers.

so i thought i would be able to get answer also.

Its always best to read through the guide first as that answers 90% of questions

After that, if there are any parts you don't understand, questions are always welcome :)

IF we just answer the questions you ask you will move on to the next part mess up and link your account to the old limited one . Not that we dont want to help , just got to get a basic understanding . No reusing any address that has been limited will cause a link ..
Yes you can have different email addresses one on eb and a different on pp . .

Not trying to be rude but people assume that the forum is here to answer everyone's 100,000 questions.....people need to do their own homework and part of that is reading the ebay stealth guide....then those 100,000 questions can be narrowed down to a few, do you see what I mean?

Just an FYI, literally every question you may have has been answered at least a few hundred times....I guarantee it.

Next question you will ask is can a add a new eb to my old still working pp .
This will only work for a short time till "they" pick up on the link and you will lose both the new eb and the old still working pp . Next question.... should i just start out all new not reusing any info used on last account . Yes that is the way of the stealth ..

Thanks for your reply. i do understand that you guys get uset if i asked 3-4 question as you have lot of people asking.

but they or me ask you guys as you have the knowledge ( experience ) about things.

Anyway i had read the book from my friend who had it for some time. i had asked him questions 1st but he did not had the answer and i could not find it either. that is the reason i came here.

@ bluegrass1 : sorry i was not clear , my question about address , you thought its email address.. no no i am asking about home address. i have followed the steps in the book but do not understand about paypal. problem in UK paypal asks to confirm the bank account.

Its pretty simple: an address never previously attached to you in any way.

You need to confirm a bank account, either by logging in thru federation, or allowing them to make 2 deposits to your account. Choose either option. They don't do any more than that, not the name on the account, not the address on the account, nothing. It's just the account numbers.

There are several threads on preferred banks to use.

Yes reusing any address, email, phone, credit card,user account on you computer, ip address ,and even meta data on pics will cause a link .
