have new modem and newaccount will change my ip?

hi im new here my old ebay account was suspended and already have new one up and running, but have been using my phone as hotspot ,i recently just got a new modem from at&t uverse that replaced my old modem will this give me a new ip address that ebay/ paypal wont be able to trace it

Hi ocman, welcome to the forum.

Changing modem doesn't necessarely mean new IP address. You have to change ISP for that.
Check your new IP it might have changed because your modem MAC address is different.

You need to get the stealth guide, buying a new router is not a solution. We use get fresh ip by tethering, us modem, or resetting router
