eBay suspended my account but didn't take down my listed?
 

My original account was suspended due to selling high end cell phones and they requested invoice which I pay cash for all my phones off Craigslists and various sites.

I have used my GF account on eBay and 2 weeks later I get my account is suspended for being linked to another account. They didn't take down my listings and they are still active has this happened to anyone?

I'm going to guess you haven't read the stealth guide by your description of what happened.. Normally they will take the listings down once suspended, or shortly after from prior experience.

Sorry I meant restricted the account not suspended I'm currently still selling

Temporary restriction?

They still usually remove your listings for those, I believe. You might have got lucky.

Hi your listings will be removed shortly , if you have been restricted from selling is just matter of the time , remember every account you log in from your regular ip laptop etc will be linked instantly same with paypal

I am restricted but still selling for listing violation. 30 days. 30 days was up 3 days ago but still cannot list. How long should I wait before calling. I listed a "have one sell it now" on an item that neither I nor the person that originally listed had rights to.

Advice. This is NOT one of my stealth accounts.

Best advice is NOT to even try and sell this on your real account. Make OTHER accounts if you want to "play with this fire" - stealth accounts

Still selling been over a month only limited to 10/1000 per month I use a cell phone only no wifi for the account . Pretty sure I got linked because she used my cell number when she signed up years ago.
