Hi guys. few questions
 

my account have been suspended . i can log in to my user but i cant list anything.
i suspended just 1week after i got my top rated seller and I am still have it.
all start from sending a msg to ebay and asking for high limits , they asked me for documents. and i send them everything they need 4times. (dropship from amazon)
and i am get everytime the same msg: please send ducoments again
i call them and they say the same thing.
one day i asked for a manager and he told me that my account will never sell on ebay again. i asked him why and he told me that he cant say anything about ebay strategy and alot of other bull****
so my question is, if to believe him or keep trying and send the docs again again or it is just waste of time?

As a fellow droppshipper from amazon, I feel your pain. While the rest of the posters say "just start over" and for the most part it is true, they skip over the fact how much it hurts to just ditch this account especially when you hit TRS status. This is the exact same thing that happened to me. I did not give up and made some progress after i called about 10 times to 10 different customer service agents, but the unfortunate truth is you are a small fish in a very big e-commerce world, they will not cater to you no matter how well you are doing - its the unfortunate eBay world we live in.

I understand it will tear you apart to let the account go because its obvious you've worked very hard on it, but the best course is to start fresh, go stealth, and decrease your risk by spreading your sales across a few accounts as a dropshipper.

Hi perhaps you shouldn't tell them that you are using drop shipping service , this is not allowed you never tell eBay that , you must be in the possession of the good to sell them , whenever they ask you you need to tell them yes i do have stock if you do not have invoice make one up
