Ebay, asking for DL #??

Hello All,

I did a search for this info and i'm sure it's here, but I still can't find it.

I'm trying to set up a new seller account, it asks me for a dl # and to give permission to verify my credit info. Is this because I set it up as a business account?

Thanks for any info you can provide
