Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item but still can list item?
 

i received this message from ebay but i tried and found out still can list new items, or they mean i can't list that brands for 7 days?


After reviewing your eBay account, we've taken the following actions:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items or revise current listings for 7 days.
- Violating listings have been removed. A list of items that were removed can be viewed at the bottom of this message.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).
The listing that was removed appeared to violate eBay policy. Please remember that you are responsible for the quality and authenticity of the products that you offer on eBay. It is against eBay policy to list any counterfeit items.



During this restriction you can still:
- Send email
- Obtain shipping addresses
- Leave Feedback
- Perform other administrative tasks

After 7 days, your account will no longer be restricted. However, please be sure your current and future listings follow these guidelines, keeping in mind that additional violations could result in the suspension of your account.

i wouldnt if you list your taking a chance them dropping the axe.
This is when you have a few more accounts let this one cool off and move your sales

live this one alone another strike you out of business and all other associated accounts , i have few if i get 2-3 strikes i move stuff to another one i try not to use account which have had strikes for at list 6 months and then i get back to it it worked fine for me for years best to avoid suspension whatsoever just keep moving your listings

Since you have been doing this for a while, have you noticed anything specific, such as why wait 6 months rather than say 2 or 3 months?
Have you noticed if any markers are applied to your account in the background, or that you suspect that may have been applied?

Hi there there is no specific reason why 6 months rather then 2 or 3 i have been doing this for years and it worked fine for me i do not normally wait for 7 days restriction after max 3 items being removed i do not take chances this way you can have multiply accounts (non stealth ) and run for long time 9 years for me so far i just do not let any of them to be suspended/restricted , i sale approx 1000 items monthly if i run in to the trouble i end listings and let account to cool of 6 months sometimes even longer depending on my need , this is just my personal experience perhaps 2-3 months is also long enough hard to say
