Opening a new account - refresh my memory on locations

Is there a strategic point to opening a new account you intend to use for selling (though buying first) on ebay if 99% of the time you won't be at that location? I'll be out of town today, and I don't go to this place often. Would there be an advantage to this? I can see the advantage if I were a regular visitor and planned to list stuff while there, but this is just a sort of chance encounter. And since the IP will differ from any other time I access this account (even for bidding), I'm not sure I should bother? What do you guys think? Have you found a reason to do so?

I don't see a reason to waste time with this. But if you really want to create a new account from a computer you never used before... go ahead?

I actually have used this location before at some point with an account that is now suspended BUT it is an educational institution computer hooked up to the mainframe, so I think those get a pass from ebay as it's on campus. I was just curious if there could be some advantage to it.
