Just got this email and 13 of my auctions were deleted. I tried to do the "forgot password" thing they sent me an email but I keep getting stuck in a ifinite loop for some reason. I was recommended to contact eBay live chat. What kinds of questions will they ask me to verifiy the account is mine? I know phone # and address but what else?

Not to resurrect an old thread, but I had the exact same problem for one of my accounts today. I entered in the correct info in the "forget password" info and was prompted to change my password. I did this then it said "session timed out" and to sign in with my old password which I also had. Didn't work. I tried again a few times, same thing. I even did the phone verify method by correctly entering in the PIN. Same crap. Retarded! Any solutions? This was an account I bought off someone and I still have all the original info when used to signup.
