IP Address Question + eBay/PayPal Mobile Apps
 

I was recently restricted indefinitely for something I did not do. I have made plans to get back in business and in order to be as safe as possible, I purchased a new, inexpensive laptop and will be going to a different home (with a different Wi-Fi network which I have never been logged on to). I am making sure to not use any previous cards/PayPal accounts with my new eBay account.

Anyways, with the PayPal and eBay mobile apps, I really liked the convenience of them. With my new account, will they link me if I use the eBay mobile app while I am running on my own data and not Wi-Fi? I was logged into my now restricted account 24/7 and used my data rather than Wi-Fi for most of that time. What if I were to get a new cell phone but still have the same phone number? Lastly, if I link the new email address to my iPhone and my emails from eBay are opened on my phone (email only, not the actual eBay site), can I be linked through that? Hope I am being clear.

Try to stay away from the Apps until you develope a more clear understanding of stealth. Stick to the browser/computer and as you learn more, you'll see how to properly use the Apps
