Default High-Risk on eBay after getting back on

I plan on building up my new account but I want to sell my left over inventory from my previous account. The items are all high end designer items, all of which have been authenticated and have the necessary paperwork to sell. Should I stay away from listing these for the first few months since they are likely considered "high-risk"? Or, should I try contacting eBay and informing them of my intentions with selling and let them know that all items have been verified and are not at risk of trademark infringement (I would be extremely careful with the call and keep all of my stealth information in front of me to avoid any mix up)?

Honestly I don't think contacting ebay ahead of time will do any good.

The safest way would be to spend a few months building the account by selling low risk item, and slowly and incrementally graduate to the high risk items you wish to sell.

Whatever high risk, high priced items you have to sell....your going to want to wait until you have sold some items, received some feedback....and even then your going to have to slowly introduce your items. As nodeal mentioned, contacting ebay doesn't make it better...if anything, you now have given them a reason to keep an eye on your account.
