One account suspended, get unlock
 

Hello everyone,

I have one main account on my real name and everything, verified with identity card.

I asked for increasing selling limits and the answer was no because I have another account created with my name but other shipping address and name for it who is suspended. I tried on the suspended account to put something on sale and after 2 weeks with no sales I got suspended. So they told me I need to resolve this suspended account before to increase this main account selling limits, I mean to call them.

Now, How can I explain the different address? Can I told them I tried to do drop shipping? I don't know...

you can explain what you like, but the issue is that you have a suspended account and have been linked, so no amount of explaining on addresses is going to work.

what is the problem with the suspended account, and can that be resolved?

Im surprised they didnt suspend both accounts. Tell them its NOT YOU if youd like. More than one person with the same name. Worth a shot

That won't work, ebay is not stupid, OP must have logged in both accounts with same IP.
