My stealth checklist before I do it...
 

My business sold custom made products on eBay for many years, thousands of transactions. About 3 years ago I was banned when 11 people out of 1708 transactions gave me 1 star on the "How quickly I shipped the item." My account still can purchase things, and my PayPal is still live. For the last 3 years I have been selling on Amazon, and my own website, but not even half of what I sold on eBay. I have not tried to activate another account since they cut me off.

Here is my checklist from reading the Stealth, and I want you guys to make sure I'm not missing anything:

New physical address
New router
New Internet provider
New user account on a machine that was not used by the old account

I will be changing the user name of my fiance's long standing account, which has only ever been accessed on her phone, and upgrading it to a store. Once the store begins selling again, I will open a new Corporation in her name, with new bank accounts linked to her PayPal.

The corp will have a VOIP phone number, GMAIL address, and no links to my current company.

Are all of my ducks in a row here or did one get away from me?

The thing that worries me is that I will be selling mostly the same products I sold years ago. I will change the pictures and descriptions, likely use Auctiva now too. But almost all of those items are made by my company, and no one else sells them.

Yes.

Now, are you in a position where your current ISP is not capable of allowing changing IP or is this just a decision because you want to start fresh. Keep in mind that this may only work if your trying to run 1 account, do you eventually plan to multiple accounts?

That's fine, also note that you can make a new user account on any computer, even one used before.

Sorry but what do you mean by "long standing account", are you talking about an Ebay Account? Its sounds like you want to make an ebay account and attach to your girlfriends account, if so....this isn't stealth, and should not be done.

Would suggest a real phone number.

I gave you some advice on your thread where you introduced yourself, if you have not seen it....you should read it but basically you should try and sell tangible goods that could be shipped right away BEFORE you move into your product.

The new ISP is just because the physical location of my business and my home have changed, and the same providers were not available. I would like to have only one account.


My fiance has been using her personal eBay account to buy things here and there for 10 years for personal use. I would just switch her account to a store, since it already has a verified phone, feedback, etc. I would add another GMAIL to her PayPal that has a more sales oriented name.


I did, thank you. The products we build used to be made by hand, and took 3-4 days to complete. Now I have machinery that builds them for me, and items are made in less than 1 day.

Everything looks good so far but the only thing I would recommend is not just having 1 account, I don't know what your item is that your selling but I would recommend having a few accounts....if anything having a few backup accounts. By going with 1 account, you are essentially putting all your eggs in 1 basket and we don't recommend you do that.
