Will you always get 7 day restriction before proper suspension
 

Guys question to experienced players i have had various strikes on the account (trademark) but no restrictions the amount i have had im surprised it is still going does anybody know if you always receive 7 days restriction as last warning or can i be suspended instantly for example with next strike

can get suspended instantly. They have 30 day warnings too though

You can get the instant ban, the 7 day ban or the 30 day ban. Most the time its 7 day ban for just a trademark volition but it can be harsher.

And NEVER again sell the items on that account that got you "strikes" unless you have WRITTEN permission from eb....

Hi yes i never do this anything i had removed never comeback on the account , i have hed few strikes in December other then that whole year no problems i ques before Christmas everyone is looking for stuff and listings are more exposed

Let the account cool down, for sure and absolutely.

BUT , and a word to the wise... ebay UK can be savage with accounts that have had suspensions as you have described.

Your dashboard may appear "clear", "clean" or whatever.

But 13 to 14 months later, that account can be zapped for no reason.

Please try to avoid selling any item that is fishy ;)

Sell boring, safe items and nuture the account.

This happened to accounts belonging to my associate ... a bitter lesson to learn.
