ebay bacome crazy suspending new accounts after listing first item
 

Hello everyone,
I am creating ebay accounts for some time now(I want to say I have acc creating experience). But now ebay become mad: I create a new ebay and pp account, buy few items(no digital items or other similar items, just some cheap led lamps or similar), list some cheap household item for an auction (5-7 days listing time) and BAM in one hour period i receive email that my account was suspended I cannot use ebay no longer. Reason: Security concerns.

This happens not always, but very often. Like 2 from 5. Just now I was suspended because listed vintage Russian pencil holder with 20 usd starting (shipping 7 bucks) price for 5 days.

Has anyone met same problems and maybe you have some advice for me ?

List all steps of account creation - new IP? new user account? new Paypal? new registration info?

Yes always new ip, all new information, new email, new paypal.
No a chance getting linked to old suspended account.

I guess is the item or the keyword you are using in the description.

What keyword could be bad ?

Maybe listing name was "too much" - Vintage Russian Pen Holder"MOCKVA"with Thermometer and Calendar Collectable item

How long after creating the account do you try listing an item?
The steps you listed - you do them all in the same day?

Are you logging your IPs?

What are you using for IP? VPN, mobile hotspot?

I see so many posts on this forum that people say "oh but I use a different IP each time" They always fail to say its from a VPN.

What stage are you in Paypal verification?

I create account and list item same day, even same hour - maybe i should wait a few days after purchasing few items and only then list ?

I use mobile hotspot and use ipburger to log my IPs. Never use VPN.

No I cannot tell exactly but it was two categories : other collectable items and desk items pen holders something like that

Are you creating ebay accounts for your country or a foreign country (such as US or UK?). The IP would be a problem if trying to open accounts up in different countries.

Otherwise, the problem would be how fast you list. I always recommend people to look at problems from eBay's point of view. How many people open up an account, purchase items and list an item within an hour? The answer is probably very little, which would cause a security concern and they would ask you to call in.

I like to bid and view stuff for 2 weeks about before I list - but that's my pref

They asked me to call them some time before. Now just suspend and tell that you will not be able to use ebay anymore.

I register to US site mainly, and register with address same country as IP.

No more fast listing.

Does real people actually view all new accounts with first listed item ?
If I get suspended, always so fast - like in one hour period after first listing.

On a new listing I always see listing reviews - from 1 to 3.

The first 1 to 5 views are eBay bot views.

I suggest not listing same day. Do some search, bids, add to watchlists. People rarely list the same day. Usually people start by buying some crap, then list after 1-2 weeks when they see how the ebay works, you are fresh and have no idea how ebay works, remember? ;) Also refrain from listing vintage items, as collectibles and antiques are high-risk in the eyes of pp.

You dont list on day 1
I would wait 2 weeks
Before i would build some cookies, make few bids, maybe make small purchase
ONLY then start listing

yes now i am doing it much slower..

Can someone please recommend me what low risk item i could sell that attracts buyer attention ?

And do someone list 0.01 starting price on new accounts? Or free shipping + 0.99 starting price ?

I have 50+ accounts and none of them were suspended because of the listing. It has a complex formula to make sure no problems occur
