Just got suspended (No coming back?)
 

I am going to assume this account is a total loss, I drop shipped some items and a guy complained I guess, so a few hours later after he messaged me about it I get this and the email says:

Hello XXXXXX,

After reviewing your eBay account, recent activity has raised serious security concerns. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended indefinitely.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.

You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account. Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community.

Here are the listings we removed:

Not a total loss. Call ebay from the phone number on the ebay account. Ask why they suspended the account. If they ask questions that lead to asking if you are dropshipping, then say no. If they start to ask public database questions, make up an excuse to get off the phone and call back.

The call in tactic may work and has for some people but, the reality is almost all suspended accounts stay suspended. If they didn't it would be no need for stealth or this forum.

That is not true in a lot of cases where the email reads "we have suspended your account for security reasons" I have called on a few and I say I have saved over half of them after making the call. This was without the ebay rep asking public database questions.

In the past, this may have been the case. But when it says suspended due to security reasons, it seems to be more equivalent to a temporary restriction while we verify your information. This has at least been my experience within the last 2-3 months.

EDIT: In addition, when making these calls, the questions are pretty much the same as when calling for a temporary restriction.
