suspended from ebay
 

Okay a few weeks age I was suspended from ebay, I am not really sure why, I had some neutral feedbacks but no negatives and no unpaid items strikes, but they apparently linked me to a suspended user that I have never heard of. My question I have opended a new account using my PO box, and have also changed my IP address and deleted all of my cookies, in opening the new account I also used my maiden name, I was able to open a virtual visa gift account with that, so I can open a sellers account, and a paypal account also, do I have to have a bank account on my paypal account to send a recieve payments?? If so how can I get a bank account with my maiden name. I dont really sell that much and our previous paypal account is fine, so If I can recieve money with the new 1 and just send it to my old 1 that would be great, do ya'll think that will work??

Yes, You should add a bank account to your account. The bank account has to be in your real name, paypal cannot see the name on the bank account, so you can open another bank account with the bank you have now. I would not send money from your new one to your old one. Paypal will catch on really quick.

Not a good idea to do that with paypal; Creates the chance of a link. Here's a thread about banks that should help

These are banks that are working fine for stealth purposes. A bank account must always be made in the real name. There are reports of problems with name differences so be aware of that.

and sooner or later mostly after the first payment or second payment they will request a ssn# i know it sucks that's why I don't deal with paypal get a merchant account
