Ebay standard restriction, Paypal automatically affected
 

So, my last stealth which lasted a good year went toast when I went traveling abroad for a vacation. I'm trying to start up a fresh account with no luck, unfortunately --- I got the standard ebay restriction where they ask you to call in, and ask what you sell, before reinstating you. That was solved easily, but today I logged into Paypal, which was AUTOMATICALLY limited, without any emails/warnings! Did the Ebay temporary restriction cause the Paypal limitation？ Or they are two completely separate things? The Paypal account only received $100 before being limited.

They should be separate but one causing the other wouldn't be hard to believe.

What sort of limitation did you get?

Are you also making sure that you a bank verified before you take payments and that your using a good solid IP

I got my ebay reinstated easily.
Paypal is asking me for ID, proof of address, and shipment tracking

The bank is all verified. I'm using my TMOBILE tethering for IP. Paypal was limited the day after my Ebay got restricted after listing an item. I never listed more than 1 item a week (so 1 after the other ends , only 1 active listing at a time).

$100 as a first sale could have been the trigger point - along with category/item, if deemed risky

What was your below standard rate ??

Is this important? I just started creating stealth accounts recently and I've not bank verified my accounts yet, even though Ive listed an item on some accounts

Verify bank will make the account more solid. Also it is the safest way to move money outside pp. Some ppl live on the wild side and do pp to pp transfers but it is not recommended.

I recently created a new stealth and forgot to link Paypal first. Account was restricted by Ebay right away.
