Ebay suspended asks for proof of Identity

Hi guys my original ebay is suspended.
They need some documents.
I live in another city from my original address when I created ebay account.
If I send send them utility bills and invoices belong to another city will that be a problem?

Unfortunately they are very strict about those things. All the documentation you send them has to match the information they have on file on your eBay account.

Before you send them anything, did they tell you the reason for your suspension?

Yes due to linkage to my suspended account almost 1 year ago.
I called them then they sent me an email about the documents they need.
Ok I need to be creative then.

But my shipping address is the city that I have been living for years.
Still do they need to be on my Registration address or shipping address would be fine?

Yes that is my very old account.
So utility bill and invoice belong to my shipping address ( where I bought hundreds of items from ebay) or belong to my registration address both are ok?

They are not as flexible as you hope for them to be. If the info of the account you want to unsuspend does not match 100% of the info of the documents you plan to send them, you might as well not send them anything and consider that account gone.
