Got my second E-mail within 10 days from Ebay for copyright violation.

Your selling privileges have been temporarily restricted: Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item

After reviewing your eBay account, we've taken the following actions:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items or revise current listings for 7 days.

Due to copyright concerns, listings for unauthorized copies of items such as movies, music, software, photographs and books aren't allowed on eBay.

You may sell products on recordable media (such as VHS tapes, audio tapes, CD-Rs, and DVD-Rs) if you are the copyright owner or are authorized by the owner to sell the product. This information must be clearly documented in your listing.

Would love to know how to sell NES Classics that are modified to include additional games without getting another warning or suspension.

The weird thing is that these modded nes classics are being sold by the hundreds every day. It seems like there are sellers who post every day and nothing happens to them. How am I being singled out, is there any language that I can include in my listing that makes it all legal?

Welcome to the forums - sadly, for these modded classics, sometimes it comes down to trial and experimenting to see what works - also those sellers who post every day might not have been caught yet.

I don't know if you will get exact advice how to sell these from ppl in this forum (since...if they sell, why would they want to help competition?) but then again you never know. All the best as you wait for more replies.
