Mc011

Hello.

So my stealth account was restricted today.
I have 3 ongoing open/request cases where I delayed posting items. But I have posted them already, and buyer's have received them.

They're asking for supplier's invoices / receipts. Thing is that I'm selling used hardware from a closed down company. They gave me stuff instead of throwing it out basically. I still can ask for an invoice, and probably the'll provide me one. How it's better to describe this business model to eBay ?

Another thing, I sold about 5-10 branded items there, which are ⊗⊗⊗⊗. So.. I'm not sure what options do I have after that.
I tried to withdraw money, usually it's instant, now up to 72h and pending.

And finally.. accidentally I added a debit card on my main acc to the stealth's home address. Never used it (because in the UK u can't withdraw to a card) and deleted it. If the stealth will be suspended, will my main PayPal and eBay be suspended too? Both are on diff names, addresses e.t.c. All verified and long time running.

Thank you fellas.

MC011 Your eBay selling account has been restricted

Hello xxx,

A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

To help you be a successful seller and ensure a safe experience on eBay, we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend accounts until additional information can be verified or obtained. These actions are not necessarily meant to be a reflection of your account's activity, but rather a preventative measure.

To learn more about eBay's User Agreement, go to:
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policie...agreement.html

To appeal this restriction, please review the following guidelines:
-- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items sold on your eBay account. This may be in the form of feedback left from buyers. If you prefer, you can submit tracking numbers for each of the items posted. This will help show buyers more of your selling history and will also allow us to confirm that your items have been posted.

To upload tracking to my eBay:
1. Go to My eBay. You may need to sign in.
2. In the "Activity" tab, click the "Sold" link.
3. Select the item(s) for uploading.
4. Click the "Add tracking number" button. You'll be redirected to the Add/Edit/Delete Tracking number page, where you can enter tracking numbers for the selected carrier.
5. Enter the tracking information.

If you use Selling Manager Pro to manage your orders:
1. Go to Selling Manager Pro > Sold.
2. Select the appropriate item(s).
3. Click the "Add Tracking Number" button.

When you submit the tracking number, it will be displayed below the item in My eBay "Sold" (for the seller), My eBay "Won" (for the buyer), and the View Order Details page (for both seller and buyer).

If you'd like to fax the tracking information, send it here:
eBay
Attention: SRM Appeals

-- Submit all of the following information using the below document upload link:
https://ocsnext.ebay.co.uk/ocs/mudcw...ame=UKMerchApp
- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. This can include either supplier invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement.

-- Important --
- Make sure that your name and username appear on each document that you submit. If this information isn't included, it can't be processed.
- Be sure your submitted documents are current, valid, and legible.

Or you can fax documents to:
eBay
Attention: SRM Appeals

-- Note --
- It may take up to 3 business days to review your information.
- All documents submitted will be destroyed after we review them.

Re: Mc011

The account fell "Bellow standard" because of the last buyer, I think that's what caused the restriction.
One more thing, it's not a stealth account. I bought it from someone, it's aged 5+ years, with changed personal information.

Any thoughts ?

Re: Mc011

Probably finished. You can create an invoice easy, but the problem is really the buyer complaints.

I can't tell you want to do, you can try to salvage this, but even if you provide the info there're still the complaints...

Probably best to start over.

I have a few cases opened but buyers received their items, I can ask them to close the cases, and probably, they will do that. Except one, but there's a controversial case.

PayPal's withdrawal was successful, so it's not locked.

Probably the best thing would be to call eBay. To ask them why the account was suspended, to explain them that all items in ongoing cases were received by customers. Worth a try.

I'm pretty worried about that as it's my main account, powerseller e.t.c. Would be sad to lose it like that.

Can anyone show me how the supplier invoice(s) should look like ?
-Make sure that your name and username appear on each document that you submit.-
Does it mean that it can be written by hand or how ? If I bought the items from someone, why should I provide them with my name - surname and eBay id ?

Re: Mc011

The "MC011" restriction usually means one (or more) of the following:

1. Someone reported you or your items (such as VERO)
2. Ebay Trust & Safety received complaint(s) from your buyers.
3. Your account is under manual review for suspected breach of User Agreement.
4. The item(s) you are selling have questionable authenticity and verification of source needs to be determined.
5. There are outstanding issues with PayPal or again, unresolved buyer complaints.

Before you submit any "supplier invoices", you should determine which of the above items you need to resolve first.

Thanks for your answer.
So you think, that resolving the case(s) before submitting documents can make a difference ? Any thoughts why ?

Maybe you should take an objective look at your selling practices; as others have indicated above, the underlying problem is more the buyer complaints/cases.

Sure, you can try and send your documents at this time, but the likelihood you'll be successful in lifting this limitation would be doubtful if you don't address the other concerns on this account.
