Just approached 19,000 in ebay sales need to know Whether to make another stealth account or submit EIN or SS. My ebay account was limited about 7 months ago for excessive amount of sales and eBay asked for invoices. I couldn't provide invoices because I buy all my items with cash.

What would be the best approach apply for a EIN, submit SS or start another account?

Its really up to you.

I'd submit an EIN and continue the account.

And start building backup accounts - split sales across accounts, etc.

I have a EIN but will it link me to my old limited account?

If you have used the EIN before ON pp/eb then yes...

The EIN was never used on a previous account only my SS was used

I second what everyone is saying here. Complacency is NOT your friend, don't assume your one good account with nearly 20k in sales is going to continue, even if you add a EIN/SS now.

Start building backup accounts. Several in fact!
Split sales across those accounts.
Apply the principals in the Stealth Guide.

From when I tried, Paypal will require your EIN AND your SSN. Anybody know a way around that?

What RSOT said. Should of been doing it since the start with those kind of sales. Paypal with limit you eventually they always do...

I would EIN the account. But like many said above, start more accounts. If the account is more than say 3 months old with those kind of sales then continue at your regular pace. It shouldnt raise too many flags. I honestly would not do more than 3-4k in sales per month on a less than one year old account. It just keeps the invoice police off your back, hopefully.

Another point to consider for the EIN is to pay your taxes. That kind of overall cash receipts will not be taken lightly by the IRS should they somehow link that account to you. The whole amount will be taxed without your cost if they audit you and it is your burden of proof to show your expenses. Sometimes it is better to pay the man and feel safe to keep selling. It's better to be making money than in jail. The IRS boys have mega power to give you hell.
