Old account want to sell again.

We have an older account (may 2003 - feedback 2919) that we sold on a over a year ago. The account is limited to 15b sales a month. couple of questions

1) what is the max I should sell items for?

2) Any items off limits (shouldn't sell) until account is upgraded?

3) Other comments?
