I'm listing 10-15 items the day I sign up and nothing is taken down.

I sign up with a gift card too and do not offer Paypal.

The items I list sell for around $100-200. Not sure why you are being kicked off but it might be because of your IP?

that's normal. eBay can't re-index their entire search database every time someone lists an item.

I've sold 50+ items now worth over $1500 over the last 3 days on an account that was created 5 minutes before I started listing. They didn't bother me yet. Also withdrew from PayPal that's linked to it, also without problems. Also only 3 days old.

I think they're quite friendly over here. eBay too. They even called me the other day to ask me if I needed help selling (because I didn't start listing the 1st day I opened a buyer account). My last suspended account was a US account. Since I opened accounts over here in Japan, I've had none suspended. I currently have 4 eBay accounts and 4 PayPal accounts all under different names.

On another account I've been selling now for over a month, also without being limited.

One thing that happened a few days ago, is I got an item VERO'd. No suspension though, just the listings removed (a handful).

Everyone should move to Japan, if not for the lovely girls, then for the less eBay restrictions :D

On a second thought, maybe they don't limit PayPal accounts over here because they can't read Japanese? Imagine the trouble people would have to go through to have their bank statements and bills translated from Japanese to English?
