Vero Trademark banned 30 days.
 

Knocked me with a ban for 30 days.

I assume they went off a keyword in the TITLE. The item listed wasn't similar to the "trademarked" item

Any suggestions?

Aside from creating new accounts based on the ebay stealth, I don't see any other solution.

If you try to relist the item when you get resintated, they'll ban you for good.

Do not even THINK of relisting the item without solid clearance in writing from eb.

What i don't understand its its not even the companies logo? It is just the wording in a different font? How can they deem that as copyright?

SaiJin is correct. Next time you're toast.

Practically speaking, if they say it's a violation it is. Even if they're wrong you can't really win this fight.

Better to just move on and try something else.

Best advice like others have said do not relist because 30 days is quite bad.

It means you have had previous violations as they normally suspend it for 7 days. The next violation could result in a indefinite suspension.

Keep under the radar for now with no more violations.
