New IP address, new browser, still ebay suspended
 

Hi
I am using ipburger, have a new fresh ip address. I check it before I log into pp, ets or eba. I downloaded chrome and only use chrome to log into those three websites and only after checking ip address.

PP and Etsy are fine. Ebay was suspended 3 days after opening. I didn't do anything except browse and 'watch' 2 items. No bidding, no selling no nothing.

Using my aunts real info, she said that was fine.
She has never used ebay. She wants me to sell some stuff
for her so it worked out well to use her info.

The only info I put into ebay was first last name and cell number.
No address, etc.

Should I call them from her house today as her and
see if they will remove the suspension? That will also bring
up a new IP address from her house. Will that create more
issues?

I didn't list anything. All I did was browse and 'watch' an item.

Since you have the guide and assuming you followed it correctly,
have you used a new windows account? And perhaps even using a different computer all together? Like at a library maybe?

See if that makes a difference

Yes, New computer, new download of chrome, fresh vpn.
The only information I added was my Aunt's name, and a
new email. No other info added, no address, etc.

It sounds like you just made an new eBay and used old PayPal am I correct or did you not link one yet? Also is it a new phone number you made the account with that hasn't been used before?

Well ev erything has got to be new... if your aunt has used her info before to make an account, that's also a red flag.

perhaps you should tell us the steps you took one by one.

that all new still doesnt cut it. Paypal and phone number need to be new, as well as the item youre listing hasnt to follow previous patterns

You did something.

You didn't do anything but browse, so you were sloppy somewhere.

And you MUST put in an address and phone number when you register a new account, and you say you didn't, so it sounds as if you're confused about what's going on.
