Got VeRoed AGAIN!!!
 

I've been veroed 3 times now, it says my account has been restricted for 30 days and that if I do it again, it results in suspension.

The message is stuck in my eBay message box till October 7 (3 months). If I wait till then and start selling afterward, will that mean I get 2 more chances again till suspension? Basically, is my slate "wiped clean" after 3 months?

You sound surprised?,i sell vero and its a occupational hazard, make a few stealth's keep alternating between them and stay one step ahead ;).

Bingo! Personally what people sell is their business but when you sell VERO...there are risk involved, it's up to everyone to weigh said risk.

If my account gets VeRO strike, I just forget about that account for a month and use another account to sell that item. If it sells successfully, I switch to another account and again and again. The main thing is that you should never ever try to relist an item after begin struck by VeRO, as it is a straight way of loosing the account. eBay never forgets it, but month seems a good pause.

You need to rotate accounts more often to lower the risk to each one.

I have 30 Accounts for selling VeRO and rotate them every few sales & I only lose an account say once every 3 months due to someone paying with stolen funds.

What did the 30day restriction email say? I've never seen that email... I've only seen the 7day seller restriction email, and the category restriction email (cannot sell in that category anymore). How old is your account?


Like the other posters said, be super careful after 30 days. If they catch you again, the perma-ban hammer will come swinging your way

best thing to do is sell vero items on an account you're willing to let burn, sell the item so cheap that it just sells out, get banned on ebay, collect money on paypal, ship everything with paypal, transfer to bank, collect funds from bank, remove bank, RIP ebay and fees. GG

i had an listing was removed a year ago, then i listed it back last month and they removed it again within 3 days my account also got restricted for 30 days. So, don't do it. I think they have a system to track down key words.

As a rule, do not list it on the same account (best: on any accounts but whatever...choices...) ever again unless the issue is resolved with eB
