Hey I can offer you a Virtual Visa Card that is:

1) Reloadable
2) Virtual
3) Worldwide (meaning you can make up a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Brazil address on Paypal and be automatically Paypal verified coz some countries don't require a bank account for Paypal)
4) Will work with Ebay and Paypal
5) No ID okay
6) Reload with Paypal, Western Union, Bankwire
7) Will pass AVS checks
8) Expires within 6 months

I'm buying in bulk from someone else and I'm planning on selling them on a website. So what's your offer? I want to know the demand for these and whether it's worth setting up a site to sell them.

Definitely interested, but by the time I start adding all of the expenses up I am jumping through all types of hoops for a couple of hundres bucks/month.
I really need the supplemental income, but fees for cards (this all of course depends) and monthly fees for card processor, EB fees, all of a sudden it is a couple of hundred bucks a month just to open shop.

Would happily pay it if there was some expectation of staying up and running and if someone could steer me in a direction to increase my sales (without taking a chunk our of theirs of course)

I would be interested, but on a trial basis (meaning one or two at a time). Would only be interested if the card was truly compatible with Paypal and Ebay and guaranteed to work or money back. $$ would also be a factor. Please PM me the details. Thanks

DogFacedBoy

what would be the estimated selling price-range for the cards?

Cheers
