how many refunds before u get suspended
 

on my account i give refunds to anybody that has problems an so i dont give any negative feedback.. but my question is how does it work does ebay go by a percentage of what u sell before limitating your account. or will they even limit your account for giving to many refunds? i mean i sold around 400 items this month an gave around 20-30 refunds with no negative feedbaccks

Not really. The % of refund numbers to the items numbers is just,just within a workable limit. But why is this happening? You will need to check
what causes the need to refund? Is it the quality of the item? Is it a delay in shipping? You must ask yourself how can I can improve my selling techniques to avoid the refunds. I must say you have done a good job to avoid negatives. Just check and see how you can improve, boxseed:cheer:

well i sell electronics an sometimes they are defective... i leave them like a apology message lol.. but all u really have to worry about is the negatives feedbacks if u ahve to many of those u will get banned right

You will get a seller non-performance suspension but those are pretty easy to get lifted.

what do u have to do to get that lifted?

I'm not sure about US ebay but I did it awhile ago on my legit account. I had to refund or replace some customers items and get my DSR over 4.5 and feedback over 98%.

any other ideas or suggestions
