I've never been suspended for buying feedback. Had a feedback removed, but that was because this @$$hole buyer reported me because he couldn't be a man and suck up his mistake.

I see this one seller that uses a NEW user ID every 2 weeks because they get suspended every 2 weeks. I know its the same seller coz her templates and pictures don't change (burberry prada etc). The interesting thing is ALL her ebay names were created in 2005.

It's amazing how much someone can plan/prepare so much in advance - in this case almost 3 years.

Just the thought of still doing Ebay for the next 3 years makes me sick

And why would they begin doing that now after all this time, hmm? It's just as I expected--we've created a monster.

im a newbie but i really dont think they will require SS #s to sell they really would loose tons of business especially since most sellers got booted for no apparent reason and have to sneak back on. of course ebay is a jackazz so I could be totally wrong.

You could get around it by setting up LLCs etc and providing an FEIN but that would be costly to have to set up an LLC every time you get booted!

If people start giving that then you will be doing excatly what freak bay wants, they will have total CONTROL OVER YOU and your life.

Google is awaiting them to do something like this, like I said in another post, they are waiting ebay to shot themselves in the other foot, then they wont have to look for customers, they will have them all.

GO GOOGLE GO !!!

Well they'll have to have something that works first. Not that I doubt their ability to do it, but Base just isn't doing it for me.

Don't you know by now Ebay cant be stopped and they are number 1. They dont care if they lose sellers, they feel like they are just ridding themselves of the fraudsters and bad sellers anyway.

No problem ebay is this happens...I'll just raid ancestry.com's database of "expired" SSN's. :D

Ancestry.com - Search Social Security Death Index

I'm not advertising fraud or anything but alot people have been using limewire and just type in "tax forms" and wha lah. You get someone else tax forms. But I wouldn't do that unless your ready for jail.

See some people leave their tax forms in their shared folder that Limewire uses. And they wonder why they get their identity stolen

After 12 years I have ran across far more scum buyers then sellers.

I believe an auction is an auction just like you go to one, the damn buyer is suppose to KNOW what they are buying before the bid, I have in my ads to ask questions before you bid, I get almost none.

For now on you bid, you buy, its yours. period.

Buyer are killing ebay, not the sellers, the scam artist buyers who get an item, do a chargeback, and then in allot of cases get to keep the item and have the money back too.

Ebay needs to rid out a huge chunk of buyers.
Ebay needs to stop protecting the buyers who are almost always wrong to start with.

ALL AUCTIONS are AS IS whether online or at an auction house, it's the damn law. I will not tolerate buyers threatening me anymore because I will and dont have to take their crap anymore.

Ebays problem is buyers, not sellers. Its buyers job to research the item before they buy it!
