Paypal limited account HELP!!!
 

I have been an ebayer for a while, but can not seem to stay on for more than a year. I seem to be able to sign up again with ebay and start a new account, but can not stay on for more than a month or two. I started an account in march and got kicked in april with 100% feedback and 4.9 on dashboard. I contacted ebay and they have no problem with my account, but paypal linked my account to my other accounts that at one point or another got suspended.

How do I start a new account and stay on if paypal will not let me close an account? I cant get a new Social security so my accounts will always be linked. Also is it even worth going through getting a new bank account, track phone, new address, etc if I have an account suspended right now? I have roughly $600 in my paypal account and they will not release the money until september. Please help!!!!
