eBay 3 strike question - 7 day selling suspension
 

Hey aspkin forums family,

This morning I was hit with an unauthorized item email, and suspended for 7 days (I know the cu*t customer that called in too). I believe this is my 2nd strike on the account.

My question is, is the 3rd strike 30 days? or is it banned forever?

I'd really like to keep this account. It has a lot of feedback and is at 100% positive feedback.

My plan as of now is to not list anything new on this account for a couple months and let it cool.

Side note: The item that was removed has different "versions", and the other versions are still listed on the account. Should I take them down?

3rd strike could mean your out or it could be 30 days but if I was u I would take listings down and let account cool down cause it is hot. My 3rd strike I was out but I have heard of people on here getting the 30 days after the 7 day restriction.

Take a break and sell non-vero items, build seller reputation again.

Should I take down the other "versions" of the item that didn't get Vero'd? Or are they safe?

Also with the 7 day suspension, I don't think I can take them down. It doesn't allow you to revise listings.

I would take them down because eventually they will vero those items too. Can't you cancel the listings?

Yes I would take them all down to be safe and use another account or create one.

I will try that now. I haven't yet tried, I just know you can't revise them.

But selling them on a different account... won't this link the accounts for selling the same items?

It depends on your picture, listing template, and maybe listing title.

Yes just change things up a little bit I sell the same item on different accounts.
