How old is this account?

You typically see this type of limit when you try and sell in a new category on a new account. It should go away after a month or so after you have made some successful sales.

Whatever Category you were listing in.....also has limits. For example, Cell Phones I believe has a limit of 5 per month until you have established the account.

You're selling in a restricted category on a new account. The category restriction will go away once you've been selling for 90 days and start receiving instant Paypal payments. This is standard on all new accounts.

I created the account on 9/11/2016 and I added the products on 13 July 2017 and got sold on the same date 14 July 2017

Well as its been over a month since you sold your items in this category im surprised you have got that warning.
you could try speaking to them using live chat i have had success that way a few times.
