Not possible to verify personal data
 

Hello,
I have this error when I try to insert my data after the request of verification (id & Bills). Why? How can I resolve? All data are correct.

It might be a glitch but I guess they want you to make a phone call

Try it again tomorrow and see if it still gives you that error.

Some times if the info you gave them is not in the right format, they'll reject it.
IE: You put down 123 Pasta Str and they want 123 Pasta Street.

If these all fails and you are sure you have the correct info, call them.
If you happen to get a jerk on the phone, call again until you get a good person.

It never works, i did with at least 100 paypal accounts, you need to try three time then it let you add id and address proof, thats the only way..
