Here's what you can do. Move, Get a new bank and paypal account, open up an ebay account, and start slow.

Or, you could get a PO Box or Pak n' Mail box, report your credit or debit card as lost or stolen to get a new one, then open up a new paypal account, clear your cookies and IP and start slow.

Why not just wait for a neighbor to move out and use their address? MwaHaHa! Actually that could work, at least until the next Bob moves in.

It actually worked for me, lol. I had been suspended for shill bidding a long time ago, and didn't know how to get back on, so accounts just kept getting suspended. I moved halfway across the country for school, and it worked! The only reason I've been having troubles lately is because I got veroed on the new account.

did you use the same pp account? or did you close it and then open another later. all with your real info?

Did you get reinstated after having the vero problems?

Imagine you go through all the trouble to move, open a new account and then after listing your first item BAM! you're suspended again. :D

yes.. u can even still have register a new account with ur own name and address.. just change the wording it works
