changing email on account will this raise red flags
 

so I had a ebay stealth I have been running for years now. However I haven't logged in to the email account for ages as I have forgeton password and only use for selling.

my question is if I change the email on the account to a fresh new email will this cause any problems or should I be fine?

99% chance Paypal will at least want to send you a verification text to make sure it's really you.

Changing the email is the first step a criminal takes when taking over a stolen Paypal account, so there are security measures in place to purposely make it hard to do.

Add in the second email address to the PayPal and then set it as primary. No need to delete the old email address

Make sure you have access to the number used when making the account

Add in the email address to the eBay and then swap it :)

You should then be fine

Did you buy the account here or did you make it?
If you bought it here, perhaps the seller stillhas the info for you.

And I agree with Jamesnorth... add a second and set it to primary.
I try not to change contact info on anything/.

What about changing it for ebay?

there is no option for second email.

is ebay not as strict as paypal could I just change the email with no problems?
