ebay ban fresh paypal

hello, my stealth recently got banned but the PP was fine, i removed the original card i had on it.

is it safe to use the same Vanilla cc on a fresh PP even though the paypal was not touched?

Removing the card doesn't make it disappear from Paypals System. Just like deleting doesn't mean anything, once you use any type of information with EBay and PayPal...it's saved forever.

but the paypal was not effected by the ban at all. just the ebay account was.

Again, you can't just remove it and add it to another PayPal.....it's that simple.
