MC113 Suspension - Fixed
 

So the other day I received an MC113 suspension from eBay on a new stealth account. I managed to reverse the suspension by calling eBay and answering a few questions:
What is the email address of the account?
How will I be shipping the item?
Is your PayPal verified?

I waited a few minutes on hold and then my suspension was lifted. Not sure if this is normally easy, or if I just got lucky.

The account was a week old with no feedback when my first item was listed for sale. (I know this was a bad idea)

It's normal. I've had the same thing on at least 5 accounts. It's always when you go to list something for sale for the first time, regardless of what you're selling or how old the account is.

Yes that's quite normal they just need to verify it run by human! One one account they asked for id, proof of address and stock photo or invoice but finally they restored

Does anybody know what causes this?

My friend got this MC113 and shortly before before he did the following:

1. raised the prices for each item about 30%
2. Accepted Ebays offer of a 2 month free Ebay shop
3. Started an ad campaign with ebay.

Which of the three do you guys think triggered it? I got the message for 2 month free shop on one account and would love to take the offer and start an ad campaign but I'm scared now. Any help is appreciated.

I once got the MC113 which I'm pretty sure was triggered by listing a similar item in the same category too quickly on a new account. I was able to clear it simply by calling in and they asked me if I had the item(s) in my possession and if my PayPal was in good standing.

You absolutely can call in regardless of gender. Although I don't necessarily prefer doing it, I never had an issue.

Yea, try calling in... if they start saying stuff like :"But you're a girl", then start being insulted and call them out on it =)

Called them today... had already set up and practiced my sweetest female voice...

Didn't even make it to a human. The automatic system asked my why I called, and I answered because my account was suspended. The auto voice then told me my account was banned and that I got an email with all the information.

Whot to do`?
