It's been 5 years, should I just call my old friends EBAY and ask to be let back on?

Just thinking, do ebay let people back on?

Because it's been 5 years or so since I was banned from my legit account.

I have a different name, address, phone and bank... everything..

What if i set up in my actual name and AS ME would they even know? Or if I called them would they be cool with it?

You could always try and see if it would work since everything is different. You would probably still have to use a Tax ID and LLC on PayPal though since SSN's never change.

I am UK based by the way so not sure if this makes it easier?

To my knowledge we don't have TAX ID on paypal.

And I have no idea what an LLC and SSN are?

Stealth exists for a reason - eb and pp are known to keep info for ages...why bother

So any other suggestions?

Is it worth calling EB and PP?

Not even sure if I left my old ebay with outstanding fees to think about it?

What I have found is the account might now be deleted.

Do you have any old information as well. That would be useful for you.

Do you have a stealth account at present?

No stealth at the moment, I had to close my last one due to being made 'below standard' due to not having items in stock once sold. (8 to be fair).

In the process of setting one up again, but I really want to set a few up but managing a few accounts seems a lot. Multiple bank accounts etc.

I might just leave calling them, they probably gonna be di**s anyway.

About using your new info, I recommend you read the stealth guide first before you do so.

Those new info of yours are too precious to screw up with.

Got a new PC too?

I went back on with my actual info on ebay a couple of times. Every time I went back on I had my old name, but new ebail, IP, moved to new home, new bank account etc.

Then I thought: why not go stealth?

The same might apply for you.

Well worth trying to open on your real name the most they will do close your account but in my view you will not get problem

I would say your chances are 80% positive

OP needs to let us know the reason for being closed in the first instance.

There are many sins with eBay.

Some are worse than others.

I am not an optimist.

ebay are evil.

I have a different name

Really? How does THAT work? Unless you got married and took a different last name...
