started listing again..
 

well, for the first time since i got suspended, i started listing again. i made one account in my name with a different address and different country as well as one account in my wife's maiden name and a different address. on top, i made different accounts on my windows xp machine and named them according to my ebay usernames so i will never accidentally log into the wrong ebay account. the internet will also disconnect each time i change accounts so i need to dial-up into the correct ISP account (i usually use DSL) and all internet files, cookies, history, etc. is set to clear every time i start/close firefox.

we'll see how it goes :D

how long did you wait before listing again?

I was back up in < 2 weeks and have only done a couple of items.

I mainly waited, because I wanted to learn as much as I could and not screw up and get booted immeadiately.

i got 3 accounts now. 2 under one name, 1 under the other. for one account i started listing after 30+ days, the other after only 3 days.

i'm not that stupid, don't worry :D

they're all in the same country (japan). and i use a DSL line for one, my own proxy server in a datacenter here in japan for the other (available only to me, if ebay scans it, it doesnt look like a proxy) and for the third account a dialup.

sorry, i think i worded by initial post wrong. i first had an account in my home country, which got suspended for listing penny items. now i made an account in a different country, japan, where i am living now. all ip's are from this country so i should be fine :)

Or if you do, make sure your proxy matches up to where the account location shows.

well, so far so good. my items are up for over 2 days without being taken down and all of them have bids now. i got both thumbs in my bum so wish me luck. on my other account i also just listed an item ...we'll see how that goes.
