Two ebay accounts are linked，what's wrong？ please help me
 

1.I registered two paypals, the same name, address, ID number, but different e-mail, different ip and vm.
2.I bought two ebay accounts that have been already linked to paypal.(Each account has an independent virtual machine for sale )
3.I donot use the original paypal account of the ebay account. but use the paypal I registered as the following way：

Now，one of my ebay acc （called A）is restrict in NOV 28th,because of poor service of my account. Next, another account （called B） is also linked restrictions together on Dec 11th, because of the same financial information or registration information or account behavior information with the “A”.

Cloud you help me to figure out the reason why my two ebay accs are linked？ thank you very much！！！

Paypal and ebay share information so there's the likely reason right there.

If it isn't the above then possible other contenders are being linked via cookies and / or IP.

I use the different ip and computer for this 2 accs. So I think it is impossible linked via cookies and / or IP.

oh，but I feel so confused that ebay how to get my paypal account information and get linked？

I always thought ebay can only get my paypal email address，but they are not the same one.

There you go. So simple. You gave them what they needed to link you. Nothing to do with IP ( although you probably botched that up too, somehow ).

Probably made 10 other mistakes along the way that would have done you in if this hadn't done it.

Get the guide and do it right next time, or don't bother.

You used the same info. They can see that. Very noticeable problem.
