eBay 30 Day Selling Restriction
 

So I've been selling items on ebay that keep getting reported to eBay by the manufacturer of the item I'm selling as apparently they don't want me to sell their equipment. First time I got a warning and the listing was removed. So I relisted it, after a few days, the same thing happened except I got a 1 day selling restriction. So after a day I listed it again. Then a 3 day restriction after the manufacturer reported it, and then a 7 day restrcition. I contacted ebay chat and they lifted the restriction on 2 of these occasions. Then I got reported again by the manufacturer and got a 30 day restriction. I complained and ebay said out of goodwill they will lift the restriction. But today I got reported again and now have another 30 day restriction but this time ebay wont lift it themselves.

My account was created in 2007 and I have another account which I created earlier this year that I can sell on (only 100 items though) compared to my restricted account where I can sell 2000 items.

What can I do to get the 30 day restriction lifted?

I hit my thumb with a hammer and it hurt for an entire day, but it stopped hurting, so I hit it again, and it HURT AGAIN EVEN WORSE - this time for a 3 days!!! I said, this is so unfair, and I hit it a third time, and it hurt for a WEEK!!! When I hit it a 4th time I broke it so I now have to wear a splint on it for 30 days - and WOW - THE THIRD TIME IT HURT SO BAD I CRIED!!!!

What can I do so I can hit my thumb with this hammer again and keep it from hurting?

Seriously... No offence, but only a moron would keep relisting the SAME items after being reported over and over again.

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:

Forum exists to allow for stealth set up not to fool around with eb and try to beat their policies.

Solve your issue with eB and stop doing restricted activity repeatedly.

This situation is going to self-resolve when they ban this guy shortly, and anyone who does this over and over again is incapable of successfully following stealth, so the whole situation is going to fix itself forever soon.

You can either a) contact the manufacturer and become an authorized reseller of their product or b) get your account, and any other accounts you sell this item(s) on toasted c) stop selling this item and find something else, anything else to sell.

lol...
you should stop at the 30 days restriction and build couple more accounts to sell that item.
or you could continue doing it and let us know whats the next penalty after 30 days restriction

very surprised you have lasted as long as you have.
you could make a few stealth accounts and spread out your sales but it sounds like the manufacturer is going after ebay sellers of there product so is it worth the time and effort involved i doubt it.
