Trying to get savvy please help

Have the stealth book and have 2 alive stealth accounts. Lost 2 over the last couple of months.
I’m new to it all, my business partner dealt with eBay before, but want to get as savvy as I can to spread the burden of dealing with eBay and PayPal.
My issue is the flag system. So we have followed the guide with account creation and management of vpns (forum support was amazing help).
We have a thorough logon system done on a check system, step by step to do on paper. Phones with SIM cards for all eBay communication on a account basis.
We know this process has to be watertight especially as we sell large high value items and they are a huge red flag.
First account removed because a customer by the 1 in a million chance lived 1 mile from the registered address and wanted to inspect and pickup. ****! She kicked off massively to eBay and told them it wasn’t our address. Now we only post or ship.
The second account is weird, built it over 3 months small and cheap. Bough some things and got some feedback. Made several sales (around 5) of larger and more e pensive items. Got a document request suspension around 2 weeks of stopping auctions in mid November. eBay say the documents don’t match the ones supplied at account creation, I did buy the account and documents so no idea if this is correct. Anyway account gone.
I think the account was red flagged like described in the guide, what can I do to boost my points to hopefully cover the potential red flags?
