Is it easier to create a buy only acccount?

I haven't been around for long on this forum. I really need to create a new buying account. It appears that most of the people are creating seller accounts. It also appears that there are folks out there that have blocks on selling but are still buying.

Is it easier to open an account for both purposes. I will need to try again so I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks to those who took the time to look or answer.

Yes , just follow the same instrustions on creating a stealth account for sellers, never use the same cards, banks, etc.. mix up a few letters in your name and address and you're good to go
