So why is it sometimes Ebay deletes all the auctions and sometimes it doesn't?
 

So on this batch of names I lost, some names just received the restriction, no auctions cancelled, no bidders terrorized by scary emails, and one name had everything obliterated and the bidders received the scary email.

This seems to be trend I've dealt in the past. Sometimes all the auctions are deleted, sometimes only the ones from the past 30 days, sometimes nothing.

Once I had a name suspended and they forgot to cancel the open auctions LOL!!

Just an editorial note- sometimes your worst enemy isn't ebay it's your competition/ If they know you by your items, they look for you to turn you in to ebay. I learned this by systematically eliminating various items until I figured out how I was being found. Has been working great until this PAYPAL & Ebay account linkage stuff tripped me up this week.

Your competition must have proof that you are doing X, Y, Z though. Ebay wouldn't just listen to them and do whatever they asked. I think they do flag an account if too many competitors or whomever reports the auctions though. Like, say the selling limit appears.

I had an account newly created with ZERO feedback. I listed like 5 very high end items without a selling limit. My other accounts though with 12 feedbacks can't even list one! So... yea.
