selling 'ebay sucks' shirts on ebay
 

i just had this evil idea today ...what about if you sold 'ebay sucks' shirts on ebay? how long do you think until you would get shut down? maybe you'd even sell a few before they notice. wouldn't that be something!! :D

I don't think that's a reason for a suspension. It'll be fun to see on eBay though.

They'd probably simply use the INFRINGING ITEMS excuse and knock it down

If you are using "ebay" in the product you are using a registered trademark without the rights holder's permission.
But if you spell it ,say, Ebaye and use the color scheme but switch the colors so they don't correspond to the same letters as the TM version, you might have a little bit of an arguement.

Problem is that most of the market for those shirts spends all of their time here figuring how to get back on so we can buy one :D)
