Ebay suspended money already in PayPal

So I sold 4 items on ebay. Received the funds, shipped the items to the buyers. 4 days later, I got email that my account is suspended. The listings have been removed so even I can't get in touch with my buyers.


My questions:

Since my payments still in hold. How do I get my funds? Who will release my payment ebay or paypal? I am unable to update tracking numbers in ebay because the listing is removed.



Have you run into similar situation?

The funds will be released in 21 days at the latest.

You can then withdraw them :)

you can update track no trough paypal.
Paypal transaction exists definitelly.

you can contact buyers through paypal registered email.

then when parcels arrives safely to destination you can contact paypal to release funds . It should take 1-2 days after contact paypal if can be proved that customer got his parcel.

be aware of paypal USER AGREEMENT AFFIDAVIT .
items must not violate UA of paypal .
If paypal recognize that items are in violation might suspend your account permanently.

You can always call paypal to add the tracking details for you through paypal transaction details. After marked as delivered, paypal will release your funds in 2-3 days.

Just update tracking through PP.

However, keep in mind EB will notify the buyers you are NARU, and they may file cases, and even win before the packages arrive.

Somebody here went through that recently, lost all their money and items.

True ..
If item is removed then there is no timeframe for "item not received" action.
Any buyer can open it whenever wants !
Then its up to how quickly item will arrives to destination and offcourse ONLY if its tracked.
If not then ... asta la vista baby !

WHat kind of items did you sell and what kind of suspension ? Is it a permanent one?

Please, please, please stop doing this. You're everywhere lately dishing out this special brand of wisdom, you should stop.

You should stop to have an opinion for everything when its coming againist yours m8.
Its frustating .


If a listing runs an INR case can be opened only when est. date of delivery is expired according to auction details of shipping.

But YES ! If a listing is removed then there is NO TIMEFRAME about a buyer to open an INR case.
It can be opened anytime .

Okay, easy enough to prove.

Put your money where your mouth is.

Show us the EB policy link that says if a seller goes NARU that the buyer has no time limit of any kind for opening an INR case.

Looking forward to seeing this proof. :)

A listing of mine was removed before.
Listing had as delivery time 5 to 10 business days . (Normal delivery outside US)
A buyer opened an INR case 5 days after dispatch day . (4 BUSINESS DAYS)

end of story ...
