eBay suspension - account linked to 2 other accounts
 

Hi, I received this message from ebay today:
A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

To appeal this restriction, you will need to:
- Resolve any open issues associated with your previous account:


They linked me to 2 other accounts which were suspended, I wasn't even aware these accounts were suspended and they were both due to unpaid fees as a result of monthly store fees. I've already paid the balance on these 2 accounts and they are both reinstated, My question is.. Should i just go back to using these 2 accounts instead of contacting ebay regarding my 3rd account? im worried that if i contact them i end up losing all 3 accounts ( they are all under the same name/address and one account is from 2004 )

Hmmm.... thing is later if they figured out you got a 3rd suspended account, they'll come back and suspend the other 2.

I feel that it's better to resolve this with them at this point.

Or you can just use the reinstated ones and ride it and see if they all get suspended eventually again. It's up to you.

Alternatively, I'd use the stealth guide that you already have and start making back up accounts and start maturing them up now.

Tough one. As Saijin said, it could wash back the other direction.

Hard to say what's best, but if you call they may shut down all three.

Probably best to go stealth, whatever you decide to do.
