What Should I Do?
 

I learned today that I'm permanently banned from eBay so I'm in desperate need of thius service to continue my business.

I want to know if I should check and operate ebay from my cellphone (i.e. send/receive messages, or fulfilling orders)

I read through the quick guide on how to bypass suspension and it stated that I should operate under a private proxy so would a cellphone be safe?


Also I want to see if I should still advertise my listings the way I do. I sell smart watches (from aliexpress) and I put "fitbit" in the title and I use pictures from aliexpress and description from aliexpress. Basically I use the brand name to draw in people then I leave it up to them if they want to buy or not.

I use the same tactic with my sunglasses, but they are a original design with car logos on them. Should I rephrase the title or is it not that big of a deal?

What you need to do is spend a few dollars and buy the stealth guide and learn how to both create a stealth account properly and operate it the right way. Much of what you described will ensure your repeated failure.

Misleading people with your descriptions is really shady.

Get the Stealth Guide. Read it carefully.

Seriously, you should take a hard look at your practices.

Is it truly misleading? I put the actual name of the item as well. I just add fitbit to gain attention.

The photos and descriptions are the actual items and the price is usually half of what fitbit would sell them for.

I'm not listing the items at $120+

I list from $45-$90 So there's no real deceit.

Yes, it's misleading. Quit being a douche to society.

Well, not really. It's no different from the grand opening of a store using a skylight to draw in customers. The name "fitbit" draws in cudtoners5and they are left to decide to move forward with the purchase. And I have 30 day returns so at any point in that time frame they can return the item and get their money back.

No risk. No 'actual' deceit.

Be careful of this policy OP, got a 7 day selling restriction a couple of years ago for the above policy, could quite possibly get you a ban also. Watch your titles, just because others seem to get away with it, doesn’t mean you will.

I’d also check out the keyword spamming section at the bottom of the page to see what’s allowed, and what you’re doing isn’t.

I've read what you sent. The sunglasses I list are fine since they actually have the brand on them. The watches are described honestly and clearly, however I am piggybacking the brand "fitbit". That's an issue I need to fix. But, it seems like other than putting "fitbit" in the title, everything else is on the up and up. If I get banned again for the title specifically I will change, until then I won't.

You will easily get caught. You’re violating trademark IP rights and there’s no excuse for it.

But hey if you accept the risk don’t whine when you get shut down again.
