eBay suspending all new accounts??
 

Is anyone else having this issue? Every single time I list an item on eBay my account gets suspended. When I call in they try to verify public record information and since they are stealth accounts I cannot answer those questions. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah I have this kind of issue. When they ask me to do public record information I just hang up and call again to speak to a different rep.

I also avoid calling eBay around 5-8 pm EST since most of the rep are from Philipin and they always ask me to do public data verification.

Do you create the ebay account and immediately try to list an item?
Or do you do things properly and first spend a few days building a history for the account?
Big difference between those two methods.

Sounds like you're flagging the accounts.

If you are a newly registered seller, don't be listing an item the same day, browse for a couple weeks and build up some cookies.

Make sure the first item you list is a low risk one in case you have to call in and tell them more about what you're selling (most common type of initial suspension)

No I let I sit for a few months and usually make some purchases as well.

The items youre listing - what type are they? and what value?

Does hanging up and calling again ever work? And are you getting your eBay accounts restricted or permanently suspended??

I made a new account and got 0/0. Is that the same as suspended?

It's not the same thing but it's just as bad.

happening on me. I created accts and let it sit without doing anything. two or three days later receive email saying it is suspended

open the account, then shop around a bit. put an item in your cart even .... let it sit for a few weeks and you should be good to go.

It's a guessing game as to what happened, but one thing for sure eBay didn't like one of the steps you did.

I always tell people to start with the stealth guide then pair it up with ipburger VPN
I also always use real addresses btw.

when this happens to me i just call and they reinstate no problem and the verification i have a trick for that too

I'm having this issue lately too

So many people joined ebay & do stealth lately

And because of that, ebay changed

That's it, you must find a way to adapt to it

Have this issue for more than 7 - 8 months. Lately some of them don't get suspended, but before every single got suspended 24h after i posted listing.

This type of issue is more prevalent on international accounts.

As I mentioned before, I always use real info and everything matches.
Plus my machine is clean when I create my accounts.

I haven't had a single issue to date.

when I do have problems it's usuallysomething very specific and it happened because I triggered something I wasn't aware of.

Happen with me too very often these days. For all new acc i make new vmware mashine, real name, real address but im using mobile phone internet tethering.
I cant use ipburger because im in Bulgaria. Using real phone number, real address, new email, new vmware mashine.
Setting like buyer account for a week and the make it seller, and list first item. And boom after 24-48 hours 50 % and even more are suspended.

Please tell me some advice

They have bots pulling accounts "over" like traffic wardens doing random checks.

Reason I say this is because I have now opened 6 stealths myself on top of the one I purchased on here. Haven't done anything differently or listed anything different. Same items across all accounts. Same methods of browsing and building cookies etc.

3 of them appear to be running fine, 3 of them got suspended. I recovered 2 with creative ID's. 1 of them the ID was rejected but it transpired the real reason it went toast is due to the fact the stealth paypal did not link to the account and it let me list an item, that flagged it.

I also have 2 additional accounts that are semi-stealth linked to my genuine paypals. They appear to be OK for now but I am sure they will soon be banned if I slip up or when the bots do a deeper scan and detect it but I am doing everything I possibly can to give them as little info as possible including paying the fees via VCC on those. On top of bending over backwards for my customers.

Ebays methods will continiously change and the stealth game will become more difficult but we just have to hope for the best and share knowledge between each other to bypass hurdles.

My guess is going stealth with a legitimate business, you should be fine indefinitely / for many years once the account becomes established.

But going stealth to list vero or to violate policies and defraud people ... expect to be banned.

Before few days, i make a new buyer account on the virtual machine with working seller account. Using the same name. I just scrooll few pages. Never making this account seller or conected with paypal. But after 48 hours the account was suspended.

Yeah, more and more accounts are getting suspended. Something has been changed... We are selling stealths, so I have never seen so huge suspension rate.. This is a huge trouble

Im a great believer in this.
Ebay are so unpredictable, its impossible to be legitimate and make alot of fast turnover money.

To maintain a long ebay stealth, you have to be selling very little with low risk and not making decent money.

yep, totally agree. ive seen a massive raise in account being banned/restricted.

I just made an account and received that email a day after posting ad. Just rang them up and answered a few questions now account is back reinstated.

That is only if you sell in the USA and i bet you do sell vero try not to sell in the USA and you will be fine not that there is no Vero but is 50% bether then USA.

I think the same, ebay has become way more stricter than it was before, it is getting harder and harder to successfully operate your business on their platform

you have to find things to sell,and it takes work.
There are still some categories which you find on Ebay and hardly anywhere at a discount,time pieces,period jewelry,ethnic antiques,prints/
They are out there on Ebay.
this is where brick and mortar antique dealers treasure hunt.
ELDERLY will sell to raise money to pay for food and medicine,fix roof,basement,pay some bills,
if there is something you are interested in,buy some books and study them.
