Family members ebay account suspended because it's linked to mine?!
 

A family members ebay account has been suspended, they said because my account was linked to theirs.

I dont't understand how... i have my own email/paypal account etc. Why have they been suspended, how can we resolve this?

Cannot resolve, my wife's only buying account was limited because she lives in the same house that my account that was banned.

I "would" Put a call to Eb from actual person that was banned ,Say it was my X husbands and he has nothing to do with you or your account , she can offer to submit ID, ssn or anything else . He was outta town for a few weeks so you stayed at the house to watch the kids .
This works 50/50 but the worst thing that can happen for trying is them tell her is NOPE.

They do that. Call and try, but don't bet the farm.

Probably it's toast, they probably won't reinstate her, if they do you'll be the one in a thousand success story.

Probably matched by name, address and IP.

To get back on she's going to have to go stealth - if she wants back on.
